First flight with the Regia Aeronautica in January 1938. Had rounded nose, two engines, low-slung fuselage, wings with a very long chord. They were fitted with 1,000 hp Piaggio P.XI RC.40 engines, Piaggio P.1001 3-blade metal propeller. Only a few were used by Regia Aeronautica, the rest sold to Hungarian Airforce in Russian front.

The Caproni-Begamaschi Ca.310 Libeccio (Italian: southwest wind) was an Italian monoplane, low wing, twin-engine reconnaissance aircraft used in World War II. Derived from the similar Ca.309, it flew in April 1937, had its combat debut during the Spanish Civil War and took part in the earlier phases of World War II in Libya. In all, 312 units were built.
Final version of the BR20M: complete redesign, with a rounded fully glazed nose, a retractable tail wheel and more power for the two engines: l,250-hp (932-kW) Fiat A.82 RCA2 radial engines.
Dimensions were slightly increased. It remained as a prototype and never entered in service.

F Giuli Savoia Marchetti SM79CIVILE for CFS2 by UncleTgt
This is a conversion of F Giuli's Savoia Marchetti SM79CIVILE for CFS2.
The colours of the converted model were tweaked to match the repaint, which depicts an aircraft from the Italian LATI airline, used to fly across the Atlantic ocean to & from Brazil during 1939-41.
A further repaint of a red 1930's racer is also included in the file, however the model isn't entirely accurate.
The airfile is taken from the alpha SM79. Unfortunately the panel doesn't have gauges that work in CFS 2, it needs further work.
To install, unzip the download to a temporary location and then place the entire contents into the Aircraft folder in your CFS2 Main Directory.
Thanks to:
F.Giuli for a great aircraft.
