The Veltro was derived from the C.202 Folgore with the installation of a german Daimler-Benz 605 serie engine. Fast, manouvrable, reliable, it had comparable performances with the Bf109G series. Served mostly in the mediterranean theatre 1943-44.
Top speed of 640 km/h at 5600 m, Climb to 2000 m in 1'28'', to 6000 m in 5'55''.
Armament was of 2x12.7mm nose section plus 2x 20mm in the wings.

S73 Co-Belligerent Air Force textures by Sopwith Chameleon
This set of textures have been compiled in order to fit the Savoia Marchetti S.73 with Alfa Romeo AR126/RC10 engines v2.1 by Stefano Meneghini, & converted for CFS 2 by UncleTgt. No other changes to the textures have been made.
This is a repaint by Sopwith Chameleon & is based on the North Africa scheme used by SM81 aircraft of the 600 Squadriglia, North Africa 1943.
To install, unzip the download to a temporary location & move/ copy files to the matching folder names inside your chosen CFS 2 install.

This is a repaint for the Classic Warbirds Design Team P-51D, representing the "Damn Yankee" P-51D that now flies in Holland with registration number PH-PSI. Textures only, need to have the CWDT P-51 first.
