This project started some 2 years ago after “Marg” uploaded its excellent mesh/coastlines for Malta. This prompted the dream of a complete detailed scenery for the island, starting of course with the three main airfields (Luqa, Ta Qali and Hal Far), but soon extending to the city of Valetta with its forts, maltese towers along the coast, Kalafrana seaplane base, and ultimately the cities of Mosta and Mdina. Here’s the result of all this work, which could certainly still be improved, but sometimes in design you have to decide you’ve done enough and share the results ! I still think that this is probably the most complex piece of scenery ever created for CFS2, and I had great fun building it.
This package also includes a revised GSL file for the excellent "Malta" scenery created masterfully by Brunosk. This revised GSL removes ships, vehicles, and anti-aircraft guns from the GSL file, instead placing them into a layout so they can be used as Brunosk originally intended. This is important, because guns will not fire, ships will not sink or fire weapons, and vehicles will not fire weapons if these are included in the GSL file.
Note: This package was updated on 3 December, 2014 to include a set of object pictures from Kevin "kdriver" Driver that allow mission builders to better utilize the wonderful objects created by Brunosk for his Malta scenery.
Sander de Cocq's library of London beta1 landmark objects, originally available at Sander de Cocq's website, re-uploaded with the updated GSL building location I uploaded here at SOH. All credits go to Sander de Cocq, I am only the re-uploading agent.
Updated GSL gobs with London major landmarks, originally created by Sander de Cocq, meant to fit SOH's member Simonu new London Thames river scenery release. With Simonu's pack, some of Sander's beta London landmarks do not fit the river banks correctly anymore, so I took the liberty of repositioning slightly just the following buildings (GSL objects): - Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace, City Hall, London Tower and Bridge and the Naval Hospital.

FSX/Acceleration WWII FRENCH battleship Richelieu.
This class was based on the smaller Dunkerque class and should be a response to the Italian Littorio class. Commissioned in 1940, just before the Germans won the Battle of France, Richelieu was sent to Dakar in French West Africa to remain under French control. She then was attacked and damaged twice by the British Forces. Repaired in USA Richelieu served for the British Home Fleet before she supported the Eastern Fleet in Asia against Japan. After the war, given back to France, the ship served as training- or later as barrack-vessel. Richelieu was decommissioned in 1968 and broken up in 1968. The pilotable version provides plenty of animations and has a 2D panel. Twenty five FSX camera views let you explore all decks and some external views. The ai-version is proposed to be used with the great tool "ai-carriers2."
