Sure, you're welcome. Definitely install Rob's VTOL/Hover gauge for the Osprey then. It's magic. :mixedsmi:

Which in this case is why you should go find a store and test drive one. It is your posterior that is going to be parked in for long periods of time. You need to find out if it is something you will like to sit in. As I said, mine was expensive, but has lasted me 10 years. Well, more. At the original price, that works out to a little over $40 a year worth of use. A good investment and a bargain. Especially for the amount of time its been sat in. :icon_lol:

I like it, but... It's heavy on the frame rates. It is a few years old now, shows its age a bit, IMHO. The default flight dynamics are, lets say odd at times. The transitions from hover to flight or back to a hover can be frustrating. However... Rob Barendregt released a V(S)TOL/Hovering gauge for the Tiltrotor, version 4 of that gauge last September. I know its available at AVSim, if you do a search for his last name.

I have an office chair, but its a high end Executive style one I got through my local office supply store. Has about 9 adjustment areas, plenty of gel padding in areas for hours of sitting in front of the computer. Folks thought I was crazy to spend that much on a chair, few hundred dollars. It's held up way better than the ones available at a discount store. Most of those discount store types lasted me a couple years, and became quickly uncomfortable, and got thrown away. This one is going onto a decade now, and is about as tightly built as the day it was delivered. Some of the padding on the arm rests is a little worn, but those actually could be replaced.

Damn. I'm tearing up here. That was truly wonderful. Probably a little "verklempt" because of Chris's video from the day before... <iframe src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/nSy0vBaYrIU?rel=0" allowfullscreen="" frameborder="0" height="315" width="560"></iframe> I'm really going to miss ISS Commander, Col. Chris Hadfield being "up there". :salute: His YouTube videos from the ISS from the past few months have just been treasures.

STEAM had it on sale for cheap at one time. I picked it up, probably used it a few times, and haven't touched it in many months. Like Mr. Stolle stated, it looks nice.

My response was not directed at you, but for someone else who may be reading this thread, and may be interested in obtaining a paint kit from Virtavia for their respective aircraft. Especially since there is a sale going on for Virtavia products at this present time. I was trying to be helpful and provide a link to the paint kits. :salute:

Folks can usually find the Paint Kits for most Alphasim/Virtavia products at the Virtavia Freeware site: :wavey: http://www.virtavia.com/Freeware/index.php?dir=/Paint%20Kits

Under $20 for 3 aircraft by Simon is a real bargain. Sold. Downloaded. Installed. My only regret is that it is time for bed, and I am really tired from a very busy day. I won't get to fly them until I wake up. :crybaby: Thanks, Francois! :applause:

Same thing happened to me. Autoloader put the Virtavia HU-16 folder in the main FSX directory, for me. I just cut and pasted it into the correct directory. (To others reading in, remember to copy your original .cfg file if you have added repaints before updating, as it will overwrite the old .cfg file.) I haven't had a chance to try the new version yet, glad to hear there are improvements to the VC. Was going to finally do some flying on my day off here, but the sewage pump for the septic system decided to short out and stop working. Really makes for a great afternoon swapping that out instead of flying. :toilet:

Agreed. Having George R.R. Martin as an executive producer has definitely helped, IMHO. David Benioff and D.B. Weiss constantly show a great love for the material. Even though I know certain events are going to happen in the series, when they do occur I always react more that I figure I will. Ned's execution still leaves me verklempt.

Yeah, now that you mention it. At 1:02-1:04 the way the body is cut and the headstock looks most like a Tomkins, to me anyway. Hard to tell anymore, seems like everyone has their own custom guitars these days, and/or signature series. :kilroy:

Ros was never specifically in the books, there was a "red headed whore" mentioned. But the actress who portrayed Ros, Esme Bianco, as I understand it, became a series production staff and fan favorite, and she was written further into the series. Ros was an amalgamation of a couple characters. As George R.R. Martin has said, many characters have been combined for the sake of the TV series production. Well, after watching two and a half seasons, you should know better than to second guess the plot by now. :icon_lol: I will say...
