    Thanks Tommy!

I like the Tradewind, but it will be nice to see some more colourful fictional repaints for it.

Well I hope you like this repaint as it looks a wee bit better than these screen captures as I added a little more wear and tear to the bottom of the hull since, prop hub, etc.. This most likely will be my last "new" repaint for FSX as the new larger texture files, bump mapping, spec maps, are really pushing me and my old XP Home computer beyond its comfort zone; too may lockups and crashes. Add to that that Photoshop is now only available via monthly / yearly subscription make me think it's time to hang up the brushes and move on. Move on in regards to getting back in the cockpit and flying these planes. I'll up-grade my computer and OS this year as it's time to do so, but I won't subscribe to Photoshop, so that software is dead as far as I'm concerned.

Looks much more interesting with the red. Will have to download it and take her out.

Thanks to everyone for the kind remarks. I'm sure there are some oversights in the repaint on my part, but overall I think it's a nice first step in getting some (one) repaint out to the public. I'm a believer that repaints can help spark some addition interest / sales of any aircraft. Hopefully this one may help the cause. My first Tradewind repaint (not released), my take on the Coulson Flying Tanker "Philippine Mars" was repeatedly dragging Photoshop to a grinding halt, so I had to shelve that one a while ago. Once I upgrade my computer, I'll revisit my options in regards to Photoshop.

Forgot to add that I aliased my sound set to the freeware KBT P-3C Orion. Seems to work OK.
