Have you noticed that the view rolls abruptly when applying aileron? An effect like the pilot's head it tilted due to the rotation. Although a nice effect for violent maneuvers, it is also there in small roll movements and makes it hard to align your glidepath on approach. Is anyone else seeing this? I have an impression it was introduced in 0.9901 as I do not remember it before.

Btw are the changes in every release recorded anywhere? I could not find release notes on the M2M site. Are they only found in beta testers area?

Based on the reg # format, and the colours, I'm guessing JASDF ....

    dl

    EDIT: I'm guessing a 6th Hikotai, 8th AW, Mitsubishi F-2A ... maybe TAC Meet 2010?

    Mirage 2000 JASDF

    Yes Daniel you are right.
Of course to easy for you:-)

I know there are some points to work on, but it is on a good way.
Wish I had more time for painting.

What is FPS like? Compared to something like the Virtavia A-4, or the Restauravia MIIIB?

    Thx,

    DL

  13. #63
Daniel, FPS are outstanding! Even better compared to the Virt. A-4 ( is my opinion ).

    Cheers,
    Hank

Yes, like Hank said, this airplane is very framerate friendly!!
If you like the way the mirage MIIIB flies, than you will love this one.
The thrust lets you climb to the sky like a rocket and the high landing speed is a nice challenge every time.

These repaints are gorgeous, I should add. 10/10.

    Quiz

    Hello hello,
here is my next little quiz.
It will be the last before the next uploads.
This paint is more exotic and I am curious if you find out what country this painting belongs to.
    So here is the snap:

    With best regards,

    Christoph

I'm not 100% sure - but I'm thinking based off USAF Aggressor-marked F-16, 354th FW, Elison AFB, AK? - as in this ...

I can think of few things hotter than those red Bort numbers outlined in yellow ...

If so, I'm thrilled at an Aggressor paint. If (only if) you do a USN or USMC adversary ... I will spontaneously combust!

Anyway - whatever it is, it looks amazing.

    I agree with DL above.

    No Aggressor paint.

Well no. Wrong again. But this time it was realy not an easy task.
So here is the whole paint:

In RL you will find the paintsheme on the SU-27 of the indonesian airforce.
I am not sure if there are any indonesean folks around the sim-outhouse but I wanted to replicate something different this time (same as the JASDF paint).

    Next thing to do:
    Thunbnails and uploading.

    Have a nice weekend,

    Christoph

Nice - I didn't know the Indonesian Su-27s wore Bort numbers ... though if I'd have thought about it, it makes sense!

Great work, Christoph - as always!
