That is a great find , Wagga Wagga , love that town and got nice little spot as you enter airfield/RAAF base a display of some of the types, no Anson's tho only the aircraft that can handle the hardy dust storms.

Its available in the library. Get it while its still hot.

As said before my contribution is very limited as it is an edit of Simon Smeiman's original textures. So most of the credits should go to the original painter.

    Cheers,
    Huub

    Again a Anson

I also made an edit of Simon Smeiman's original textures. So most of the credits should go to the original painter. It's a real Dutch delivery.
The Avro Anson Mk1 came in 1947 in service with the Dutch Air Force. All aircraft had smooth cowls and no turret. There was a mix of glazed and standars nose. They were used for twin-engine and navigation training. Later on they were also used for light transport and photo reconnaissance.
This particular aircraft is the D-11 with glazed nose, RAF registration MG783, in service from july 1947 till june 1953 and had still the RAF color scheme. After there first big overhaul, they became all yellow.

I hope to put in the library asap. A few little thing to do.

    Cheers
    John Jansen

My first powered flight was in this aircraft, in July 1963 at RAF Bovingdon! Work in progress.

Fix for Avro Anson Dutch Air Force

    Sorry pilots,

there is a little mistake in my texture.cfg. I adjusted it to my confeniance.
Just follow the included rearme and your textures will appear normal.

I will uploaded also to the FSX skins.

    cheers,
    John
