I don't have the FSX installed anymore, but works good with P3DV2 and fixes the tesselation bug finally
No problems on my present system.
Probably be able to test them on the new box in a few days, 2 x GTX980's in SLI should give them a workout!

Ah....ok! I saw the warnings on that driver and bypassed it.
Wow, NVidia has been very busy with driver updates lately.
I hate updating them, as I have to re-configure my multi-screen settings every time, and my desktop icons all move back to the most left screen. It's a hassle.
And I have not seen any improvements for FSX in them, which is the only sim I have.

With these new drivers something definitely changed with surround, as it didn't require me to close couple of background softwares it used to. And I suggest you to purchase Fences from StarDock, which enables sort of boxes, or fences, on desktop where you can put all your shortcuts grouped to your liking. It clears up the desktop nicely, but also helps trmendously with multimon. Fences will be messed up if you change from your multimon setting to single screen or extended, but the good thing is that it "remembers" the location and size of fences if you set them up when in surround mode. So after reinstall and setting surround up, your desktop is as good as it was before wihtout any hassle.
