BG, this is a Polikarpov IL-400, of the variant IL-3, I think - these old Russian designations are a trifle confusing....
Thanks BG - here's an ugly bug - looks like someone got two different kits mixed up !
Hi Mike
Your bug is the X-3 Warrior by Alvin Ray Johns and Paul L. Wittmer. Accommodation for up to 5 and she could also haul freight. Fitted with Q/C cabin interior sothat she could be used for pax or freight. N1528V was started around 1947/1949 and first flew 13 September 1952. Very big wing for STOL performance. 190hp Lycoming O-435-1 engine.
Planned certification was dropped and N1528V soldiered on for many years.
Have also seen her named the Rason Warrior, but never fiound out what Rason stood for. Any hints?
Well presumably 'Ray' Johns named it in honour of his son??
Anyway, beers to Wout....
Thank tou Mike
This one belongs to recent history. After this photo was taken, she was modified and somewhat looked more like Jayne Mansfield.
From Europe and the engine is not a turbine!
The parent company is well-known for motor-gliders!
It does rather look like a Pipistrel Sinus on steroids. Maybe, Walter, you should post the image of it wearing a blond wig?
The Q01 by RS-UAS (Reiner Stemme Utility Air-Systems GmbH) founded in 2013. Developed in co-operation with Qatar Armed Forces
So-called MALE (Medium-Altitude-Long-Endurance) platform for ISR work (Intelligence-Surveillance-Reconnaissance). Engine is 300/310hp Continental CD310 running on Jet A1 fuel.
12 hours endurance manned (2-3) or up to 50 hours unmanned.
Proto in photo is D-FQ01, first flown November 2015 and still without all the radomes, turrets, underwing pods etc.
Google will disclose her other secrets.
Open House, please
OK, how about this smart executive twin ?
Looks definitely like a B-26 civvie conversion. An On-Mark Marksman, maybe?
B-26 conversion indeed, Dan, but not the On Mark. This one had a considerably deepened fuselage to incorporate up to 14 passengers..
Hmm. Rhodes Berry Silver 60 N5510V ?
And if I'm right, Open House please. I'll be travelling the next 2-3 days and wouldn't be able to run a challenge.
Dan is spot on with the Rhodes Berry -
I'm off travelling as well, for a week, so will have to throw this one open too.
A lot of travelers this week.
The funky pusher is the Air Quest Nova 21.

You got it. Over to you. Didn't last long as I thought it would.
Chris
Sorry for the delay. Here is the next offering.
The sole Percival Proctor VI, built as a floatplane in 1946 when it carried the experimental mark X1, but subsequently given a traditional wheeled undercarriage and sold to the Hudson's Bay Company as CF-EFH. Apparently it was still in existence in 2008.
That was quick! A rounds of suds for PH.
Hi pomme homme
A French beauty.
My guess would be the Carbon Bird 200 of United Composite Aviation and stemming from the Ameur Aviation line of Balbuzard/Baljims/Altenia prototypes.
It also seems to have the lineage of the Planet Satellite that I modelled a few years back!
