There is a Dawn Ampney scenery including a mall Skytrain traffic supposed to tow Horsa gliders, also shown as static objects.

At least you should be able to modify the elevation of each object. Taht would solve localy the problem. Sometimes I have to face it too, whitout any reasons.

Be aware thst some tools don't work fully with FSX Steam. That's the case with Flight 1's "Airport Facilitator X". The very helpful interface allowing WYSIWYG mode cannot be used. It needs at least...
