Put all your files into a folder and then drop the folder onto cabdir.exe from the SDK.
If you haven't got the SDK installed then you can probably find cabdir.exe easily enough by Googling it.

A big thanks to everyone who has given feedback (good or bad) on SP1. I'm glad to see that for a lot of you it has made a big difference, and for those of you that are still finding the fps issues...

The plan is to release the Tornado on Thursday and then start work on the TacPack upgrade on Friday.
TacPack integration is new ground for us so I'm not sure exactly how deep it's likely to go at...
