Thanks, and that's good to know. I'm flying there for real tomorrow... :untroubled:
About 10 minutes away, plus approach.
I have the baton ELLX to LIRF, in the Alpha DH Hornet, with FSrealWX.
Baton is free at EGQS.

That would be fun.
About 20 minutes out, despite having had about three flame outs along the way (I think each time it switches fuel tank, it flames out). Or else I've forgotten how to fly it...
I have the baton, BIRK to EGQS, in the SectionF8 F-86E/F RAF. Using FSrealWX.
Currently we've got "thunder-snow" at Rekyavik - and 30 knots of cross wind. Should be fun getting airbourne!
Baton is free at CYMT. Quite misty/foggy, and with no ILS I had to find it visually, so took two goes at the approach.

I have the baton, CYHD to CYMT, in the FSND B722.
Baton is free at CYHD. Uneventful flight, apart from the 11 seconds of overspeed, which got my attention.

I have the baton, CYXE to CYHD, Alpha DH Hornet.
Baton is free at CYZP. Just 21lbs of fuel left in the tanks, so I'm glad I didn't need to go around.

Level at 31,000, with a 70 knot tailwind. Just touched 500 knots ground speed :biggrin-new:
ETA around 60-70 mins.
I have the baton PADQ to CYZP, in the Alpha DH Hornet.
OK, nice flight. But this is why we need to make a posting that says "I have the baton", in order to ensure nobody else also makes a flight at the same time. The routine required by the race rules...
Ran out of runway, after failing to dis-engage auto throttle. :banghead:
Red duenna, baton is back at ZJSY.

ETA 10 minutes.
I have the baton, ZJSY heading to RPVM, in the FSND B722.
I've assumed it's a wildcard leg and given myself 1000nm. It's actually about 972nm.
ETA: 1:40.
I'll jump in again later. Meanwhile, here's what we've done so far:

Baton is free at VABP.

ETA 5 mins.
Despite testing that my flight yoke was properly working before the take-off roll, it wasn't working when I needed to rotate. Quick switch to auto-pilot managed to get me airborne before I ran out of...
Right then, I have the baton at OPMR heading to VABP in the Milton F7F-3.
Not flown FSX for 10 months, and it's dark in India, so this may or may not go well... :biggrin-new:
