It is actually RAF Brize Norton. Maybe your spelling is upsetting the search. I have it in FSX as part of the UK2000 scenery package, and it's very good.

My father-in-law was stationed here in WW2. He worked on the Sunderlands.

I have it. Thank you very much. A bit of a lively bird, just as I remember my wife used to be.
:mixed-smiley-010:
My wife's sister's husband was stationed here in the 10970's. He was a propulsion engineer on the Jaguars. We visited them a few times, and I seem to remember that missiles could be seen from the...
Tried again today and I managed to donate. I don't know what was happening before, but the screens today were different. If at first you don't succeed.....
:applause:
I'm being asked to login to my Paypal account, then I get a message to say that my contribution is being checked, but I haven't made one. I've tried three times during the past week with the same...
I'm happy to make a donation as I have done for many years, but the only option I'm given is to use Paypal. I don't want to use them, so what alternative is there?

While in the RAF, we flew to Aden via Malta, El Adem, Khartoum, and then Khormaksar.
That was carrying ground crews for some RAF Hunters, which had to stop more often than our Hastings.
Perhaps modesty prevented Ian from mentioning that the RAF Khormaksar scenery is his? The readme contains the information on where to get the Argosy and Hunters.
I've seen the Hunters fly, but not...

I'm using FSX-SE, and have no problems with the textures.
The texture for 47 Sqdn is just fine thank you Jan. The ground crew have worked very hard to get a shine like that on it.
Den.
Thank you, I now have it.
I've had the Beverley from day one, and the FEAF texture, which are both in the Warbirds Library. I just assumed that 47 Sqdn would be there as well.
Den.
I can't find the 47 Sqdn paint anywhere. Has it been uploaded?
Den.
Maybe not the place to post shots, but may be of interest.
I was working on the Hastings in 1958, and they didn't have an AEO on the flight crew. Pilot, co-pilot, navigator, engineer, and radio...
Thanks Manfred and all involved for the Beverley.
As an airframe mech on RAF Transport Command in the 50's and 60's, I saw the aircraft many times when they visited RAF Colerne where I was based....
I'm in the UK, and have no problems connecting at any time.
51 members and 493 guests? I'm speechless!

I logged on easily enough. However, the downloads page throws up an error.
It's a shame, because there was some nice work in progress.

I've used Postimage for many years, and it's free. If I had to start paying for it, I gladly would.

Very nice shots as usual Zsolt.
The Beverly was fitted with several p**s tubes. Imagine a plane full of squaddies on a long flight, peeing all over the unsuspecting people below. Little did they know.
We had them in the Hastings...
I install to the Desktop, and then manually from there. I've never had a problem with that method.
I have Ant's T-28 and installed it that way.

Dave also did the Trident.
I think it's great value for the money, that's why I always contribute. Grab a couple of coffees, and they're gone in a few minutes. The same money lasts for a whole year at SOH.
