If your willing to spend the money Carenado's Citation 550 is very nice. A mixture of analogue and digital instruments with animations and a beautiful VC (especially the cockpit lighting for night...
Awesome job! I've been excited about this project for a while. I had a chance to fly the X-3 this afternoon after work and it was great...just what I expected. I loved the downard escape system...
I've tried to replicate some stability and handling qualities tests using MSFS, for example:
I'll trim-shot the aircraft for a particular altitude and airspeed and then execute a pitch doublet on...
For Mike71 I was curious with your background do you feel that the flight test techniques used in actual flight tests for handling qualities can be replicated with some degree of fidelity in MS FSX? ...
The missile is an SA-2 high altitude anti-aircraft missile!
Rgatkinson, I agree...I watched Ken Burns Vietnam and it was interesting to me how he told the story of the French occupation of Vietnam and the troubles they were having and then cut-away to US...
Thank you Milton and the others for delivering a visually stunning model! I've waited for this aircraft since I saw the first thread (I'm a big fan of early (1950-60's) experimental aircraft). I flew...
Great website for training aircraft codes in WWII:

When you look at it the tanker is the weak link in the deep interdiction mission. For example, if you wanted to strike a target deep in enemy territory where you have to traverse an integrated...
Awesome repaints of the Hun!! BTW I got the chance a couple of years ago to ask Col. Gail Peck a few questions about the Red Eagles and their pilot training in preparation for the MiG flights. He...

Stinger...here is a link to a news report on the T-45 grounding. Pilots are suffering from effects of oxygen deprivation in the T-45 and those statements, which aired on FOX News, resulting in the...
Great to see an incredible aircraft making it to FSX and long over due! When I got heavily into Flight Simulator about 13 years ago with FS2004 one of the first aircraft I sought to download was the...
I love things experimental to fly. I'd like to see any of the Golden Age of Flight Test aircraft:
Bell X-2
Northrop X-4 Bantam
Bell X-5
Ryan X-13 Vertijet
Boeing X-20 Dyna Soar
X-24B
HL-10...
Its an interesting configuration. It looks to have two cockpits, one for storming a conventional fuselage and cockpit (A320, 737, etc) and another for an upper deck cockpit (B747, A380, etc.).
Video covers some of the changes to X-Plane to produce version 11.

StormILM, I agree that the LM/Kia T-50A is the better choice when considering that it's afterburner and weapons carriage potential makes it a good choice for the TX winner (looking from an after-TX...

The posts date back to Nov 2014 (XFV-12A) and the latest post Dec 2015 (Jaguar), so its relatively recent, however nothing new since then.
Here's some eye candy till we find out more!
Does anyone know the status of these projects from the website? I've tried translating the content (using Google translator), but I could figure out if they are payware, freeware, available for...
