Whilst we're aiming for the 'study-sim' level of functionality, we'll always make sure to cater for those that want to hop in and takeoff without spending an hour configuring the aircraft.
Hi Bjoern. We intend to bring all our FSX/P3D aircraft over to X-Plane at some stage :encouragement:
We're working on a new FPS friendly and more realistic smoke effect. We've sought outside expertise for this and that inevitably causes it to take longer than planned, but it is being worked on.

The latest update fixes the issue with the brake parachute door. One danger of constantly adding new functionality is the risk of breaking existing functionality, as happened in this case.

Glad to see that everyone is enjoying the Vulcan :encouragement:
It's been such a busy few months that I've not had time to respond on here personally like I usually would, but just a quick post...
Thanks Cees, glad you are enjoying it :encouragement:
The Caravelle is a collaboration between Aeroplane Heaven and our in-house development team, and this product shouldn't delay the Caravelle.

Are you the chap that reported this issue on our Facebook page and to the support...
I'm using an Oculus Rift on this PC hardware and it works perfectly in XP11, P3D v4, Aerofly FS2 and a variety of other VR 'experiences':

Hi Ian,
Unfortunately it's a bit 'late in the day' for such significant changes to the model/code. We'll certainly look into the feasibility of offering slightly more modern avionics from some of...
Thanks Glenn. It should be a quick fix if I can reproduce that.

It has at least six switches and an electrical system :encouragement:
Study-sim is of course a subjective term but appears to have become a byword for a fully-functional aircraft which includes a...
Yes, I'm hoping to get the demo version sorted within the next few days.
Thanks

Can you clarify what you mean by the ASI not fitting? If you mean physically, then as can be seen in the screenshots, it sits correctly on the panel. If you mean in the sense of it not being well...
We've adopted a standard price-point for our study-sim GA aircraft, going back to our first in-house release in that 'genre' (the TB10/TB20). We feel it reflects the quality and functionality offered...
The Javelin is still 'in the queue' and hasn't been cancelled. We partnered with AH on the VC-10 and published the C-46.
Thanks
Martyn
As mentioned above, this is an in-house developed aircraft and will therefore be fully-functional ('study sim'). So it will be a significant step up from the IRIS version (nearly a decade old now)...
I'll be attending FlightSimExpo with a couple of colleagues. I'll be on our stand for most of the day and it'd be nice to meet some of you. We'll be demoing some upcoming aircraft (commercial, GA and...

A new installer is now available in your account, which should hopefully address the missing gauge issue that some of you were encountering.
Thanks
Martyn
We will shortly be sending some replacement gauges to those of you who have contacted us directly (as we have your email address). If they resolve the issue then we'll update the installer ASAP.
