I still run FS2004 but plan to upgrade from W7 to W10. Scared of gremlins due to absence of security updates.
Does anyone know if this aircraft will run successfully in FS2004 in W10 x64?
...
Thanks. Very interesting.
I wonder if Milton Shupe's version for FS2004 will run in Windows 10?
Anybody tried it?
John
A very long shot this.
I don't suppose there are RAE textures for the X-Plane (Aeroworx) version?
Great job! Up and running now.
Thanks a bunch!
I've searched all over for this. There's a reference to it in the forums but no link.

I did a test flight this afternoon and there was no problem with the landing this time.
Maybe the re-install fixed the anti-skid issue. If it returns I might take up your offer of a hack.

Thank you very much for replying. This is the Shift 4 panel.

This is a new install of the aircraft.
Re. anti skid: when I...
I am using this magnificent MJ aircraft in FSX-SE in W10.
Now and again I've been getting uncommanded deployments of various kinds. One of these are automatic antiskid brakes. I cannot find...
Superb! Thank you to all involved.

Found this. Avsim. Mark Beaumont repaint.
I've been searching for a skin for Manfred's version but no success.
I'd be grateful to know if this repaint exists, and if it is still available.
Failing that, does anyone know of any version...
Ah, yes! Of course. A much better idea than uninstalling. Leaves the textures in place.
Thanks!
How right you were! I installed Tongass Fjords and copied all its textures with all the Glacier Bay textures into the FS9/texture folder, and, Bob's yer Uncle! Lovely.
Just one last thing, what...
Very strange! Can you see this?

The screen-shot of Haines, PAHN is self-explanatory. All the Glacier Bay airports are affected.
I have re-installed the scenery in case of corrupted files but no difference. I am running...
Thanks, Bjoern, noted.
Thanks guys for your interest and suggestions.
Looks like I'll just have to pump up the seat.

Because I have umpteen beautiful FS2004 sceneries, I loaded up the Dash 7. I wondered how it would fare in comparison with the FSX native version which I think it have.
First thing I noticed was...
Thanks again I will give them a try although I really like the way she flies with your originals.
Aha! I wondered!
As for now, I think I am flying the 2012 native FSX version....
It has within it, alternative .air and aircraft.cfg files from Bernt Stolle and Tom Falley. I've never tried...
Thanks, warchild, Bjoern,
Lots to be getting on with now. I'm amazed that an FS2002 plane can run in P3D4!
And amazed that new tweaks keep appearing!
Maybe it's not so amazing - Milton's...
Hmm...thanks, but I'm asking about a P3D4 version.
I'm flying the FSX version already.
John
I still enjoy flying this magnificent plane of Milton Shupe and his team. Currently I will be using it for Aerosoft's 'Round the World' trip - I know, short range - auxiliary fuel tanks are fitted.

I read about this in another thread but it was in the context of a David Robles 'Silver Cloud' paint.
It had something to do with a D18 smoke folder in that aircraft.
