An N reg microlight, so US registered (but doesn't mean it is in the US), can't see anything on the C172. The civvy service vehicles look American or Canadian, the tractor is a US Ford/Fordson (I think?). It's winter, the first pic is that night time? so therefore it doesn't get absolute dark, so maybe far north, but which country???
Can you ski AND sunbathe in Alaska or Canada ha ha?
I think it could be Washington State near Seattle or maybe the Vancouver or Whistler area of Canada?
or am I stone cold.....and it's in your State of Virginia!

It is located in the township of Clearview, near Wasaga Beach and the ski hills of Blue Mountain.
