ORBX Global with Dx10 fixer

Can anyone flying with orbx global advise how big of a hit it is to your fps with running the dx10 fixer? Are there any specific settings for the fixer that need to change if one gets orbx global?

Just followed the guide in above link and no issues with global, in fact i have not yet seeing any issues with DX10 even using WOAI
