As said before, I'm not a helicopter man. They are difficult to fly and too slow in my opinion. But when I had to choose a favourite helicopter it is definitely this one! The Flettner Fl 282 Kolibri !

It used to be available hoover.com, but since that site disappeared, I don't know whether its still available

    Cheers,
    Huub

I like this one as well, as its one of the few helicopter I can actually fly and perhaps even more odd: I can even land it where I want.

Still a great model indeed, especially with líguane's repaints. However its a pity the VC is showing its age and doesn't have much room for improvement.

I still need to do a repaint in the 1966 Whiskey four scheme.....................

    Hi Pete,

The version I have is the beta2 model. I still have the original download including the manual. The vision is from 2006 and I think this is the last beta made available.
I have contacted dodosim to ask Mark Adams's permission to upload it here for preservation.

    Cheers,
    Huub

Indeed a great model Pete, however I can recall there was a livery package for it and when I had installed that package, I suddenly had a quite few Andovers too much.....

How do you get the pictures to not show up twice in a post as an Attached Image?

Ah, I see you have the Wilco E Jets.

For screenshots, you need to link to an off-site image host.

There's no need for an external host.

First, upload the picture and add it to your post, like this example.

Then go to Preview Post. You'll see two copies of the picture. Delete one of them, then post your message.

That leaves you with just one image in your post.

Few more shots of Greg Putz CYWG, Winnipeg, featuring Alphasim/Virtavia Merlin and Captainsim KC-130

I found the dark grey C-130 paint at Simviation.com (for FSX) ; then converted it to fs9 format (using dxt.bmp flip image and Alpha ; then save as DXT3; I did have to tone down the Alpha channel for less shine ) myself.

    another of Greg Putz' sceneries

CYQR; Regina (here featuring IRIS T-6 II from Moose Jaw ; another scenery done by Greg)
