    I see that shares in MS shot up by 9% after his announcement: -

    Maybe his succesor will indeed bring back ACES & FS.

    Ballmer had a hand in killing MFS because he saw it took more resources than was profitable...who knows what the future holds for Microsoft and flight simulation? The user community would have to expand significantly. I don't see that happening
