What happend to the RoF threads?

They are there but most likely hidden.

Scroll down to "Thread Display Options" and change the settings to show more...

Normal Threads are not there for some reason.

No one seems to care. lol

Does your screen look like this:

Change the settings to show more threads:

After hitting the show threads button, it should look like this:

Or am I way off? If so, sorry as I am not sure I follow by missing normal threads?

Zoren you are correct, the threads are still there. When you select "show threads from the beginning" you will see them all.

There just aren't any recently started threads.
