Thor's hammer FSX Rafale Marine

French designer Thor's Hammer is actually working on
a FSX Rafale Marine

It is beleived this beauty will be a freeware.

I've been following this on and off a while. Looks like the external mesh and details/textures are done. I took a look at the VC in build and it looks like it is progressing quite well. This project has been long in running. Hopefully it will come to fruition before too much longer.

That's just the way it is for FSX models. So much you can do with them but it
all takes time. It is only May. I'm sure we will see it before the end of the year.

Thor's Hammer's Rafale is currently under beta testing from
a small french testers team.

Brand new images are available here :

Beta testers comments under this french forum confirms the "FPS Load"
to be quite acceptable.

The project is going very well

Not yet. Last I read it seems the model has been rebuilt a couple of times since 2008. Never seen any VC shots as of yet. I'd love to know what the inside scoop is myself if anyone has heard?
FS9 missed having a good Rafale. Hopefully between Thor's Hammer and Roland making two native Rafale's, we will see them before too much longer.
