    'Innsbruck...and St.-Moritz'

Both are known for their ski resorts, the former in particular for its dangerous approach to the airport (I remember doing the approach to Innsbruck with the L-39...good times...loved it :ernae.

Found this guy who, coincidentally, uses the same telephoto lens as me - the 70-400 (on an A700...just wished Sony would come up with the replacement...but that'll take a while, I think).

Now, for the Canon guys ...

I have also found this guy a while ago...mainly photographs business jets and the occasional airliner at St.-Moritz (SMV/LSZS) and Innsbruck (INN/LOWI). He's got 1D Mark III (and at least a 100-400...that's what think of the lens pictured here).

Their pictures are too good...figured you'd like to see them.

    Hey All,

As Panther says Good Stuff! I really like all the Falcons in the second link! I have a weakness for 3 hole jets - wish there were more in FS!

and they all rode horses-that is all but one.

Personally, I sooo want to go spotting there...both during winter and during summer ...lovely angles to shoot those aircraft from, too.

Perhaps an idea for a SOH-meet ? I bet a lot of people would like to capture these aircraft in good light, from nice angles, etc...
