    LOL ... I thought you might have been refering to an early morning airplane ride ... but deep down inside I was kinda hoping that it involved real insects. LOL!

    Caz, this shot was from an early morning last Autumn.
    I went out looking for bugs over the weekend and found one Springtail which was a very poor result for hours of looking.
    In fact it was so cold that the batteries in my flash failed
    That's never happened before!

    I love the water drops on the green eh...leaf, I presume ?

    The huge advantages of most dedicated macro lenses: tack-sharp, fast (mostly f/2.8 or faster I think), and you can get lovely results out of it...
