    Friends, I need some skins

    do335_repaints_cfs2.zip
    p38l_ppmaru

The first is for the Simtech DO-335, has a nightfighter texture, the second is cobruk's texture for the Gryphon P-38L for MacDonald.

I've tried downloading the first from here and it is not available. The second is listed in the Archive here I can't access and assume is unavailable for download.

I have both planes, appreciate being pointed towards the skins of someone can help me.

    Bones

My Dad's last words to me were, "Son, an eagle may soar to great heights, but a weasel never gets sucked into a jet engine..."
    And then he died...
He was sucked into a jet engine...

    To my knowledge...

    http://www.combatfs.com/index.php?lo...uk&FileID=1201
appears to be a broken link.

Simtech may not be a nightfighter. It is a Do335B-2, the nightfighter is a Do335A-6, and trainer a Do335A-12.

    Wink MacDonald

"Putt-Putt Maru" of Colonel Charles H. MacDonald for MS P-38F:

I don't think there are any "Putt-Putt Maru" of Colonel Charles H. MacDonald skins for the Gryphon P-38 currently available.
However, there are several other skins available for the Gryphon P-38 at:
    http://www.flightsim.com/
You can find them with the Flightsim Search Library (option for) text for Gryphon.

    Simtech Nightfighter V Prototype

I Just found this in my PC downloads folder. The download includes:
    1) The V9 prototype, tried with engine mounted cannon, at Rechlin in Aug 1944.
    2) The V10 prototype, a two seat nightfighter prototype. Fitted with a second seat behind the main cockpit and FuG 218 or 220 Neptun radar. Used by Stab I/NJG3 at the test centre based at Diepensee/Shoenefeld, Brandenburg, January 1945.
    3) A what-if in service single seat nightfighter with NJG1 1945.
    4) A French test Do335, used by the French airforce until the last one was written off in 1949.

Bones, I have the P-38 skin you wanted for Gryphon's P-38L. Cobrauk did it, but I can't remember which site I got it from. PM me if you would like me to email it to you as it's not a good idea to post your email here.

    regards,
    msfossey
