Lefty is being a bit modest here! Not the Libelle but the Do E/1 of 1924.
Edit: With BG having presumably already shuffled off to bed, and fairly confident on the Dornier, here is a cumbersome triplane to continue on with.

You got it Green! I'm sensing you favor the older aircraft?
Dig that fancy biplane tail. Had to have been way underpowered.
The Northrop YC125 seems to fit the bill here - some pictures show it with twin main wheels & one or two with only single main wheels as here.
Keith
Thanks Green,
This is my offering of a floater thats probably quite well known to those that follow such things (sorry if its been shown before, but there's a lot of things gone in the mists of time....)
Keith
OK, I can only resist a floater for so long....
If it has weird struts and is generally over-complicated, it's probably a Brandenburg - this is a version of the C.C. with an extra wing inserted, methinks
Lefty, Correct . Its the sole modified one A45.
Over to you....
Keith
Thanks Keith.
Here's a nice twin-
Do you want me to decide for you ???? (there are significant differences !)
Wrong choice! its the Gannet methinks
Keith
50/50 - and I still got it wrong? Story of my life.
Oh well, it was a very interesting film in the meantime!...

Green and BG got it right - the Cockatoo Dockyard Wackett Codock !
Keith - in the corner with the pointy hat on, please...........(the tail is quite different..)
Over to Monsieur Vert....
Doing a bit more research, it does look as if I'm wrong & that it is the Codock, my picture being wrongly labelled by the looks of things. The Gannets appear to have a different fin & more doors on the RHS than in the picture above, as well as some having additional sub fins on the tail.
I shall now go & hide.......& wait for Mike's reply & decision!
Keith
Thanks Lefty! Going from memory there, based on a recent AviaQuiz challenge.
Speaking of films/movies - this aircraft appeared in one. I'm not 100% certain, but it could be Paul Mantz in the cockpit...
Some clues then.
From the movie "Keep'em Flying" with Abbott and Costello - 1941. I haven't seen the movie but I understand Mantz had to land the aircraft after the landiing gear was jettisoned in flight. Not entirely certain, but before the fictitious markings were applied, it appeared earlier in the film looking like this...
Thought it might be a Boeing but it does look like the Cloudboy.
