    D18S Shockwave Lights

    Hi all,
    i searched around (in Shockwave site too) for a ready configuration for
    D18S landing lights. No way. I've decided to do it by myself (as life teach)

    Following are settings to add in your aircraft.cfg section [LIGHTS]

    light.XX = 5, 0.90, -10.50, -1.0, fx_shockwave_landing_light_small,
    light.XX = 5, 0.90, 10.50, -0.90, fx_shockwave_landing_light_small,

    Change XX to the next available number.

    Now add the following line at the bottom of the [VCockpit01]
    section changing 'XX' to the next available number

    gaugeXX=shockwave_lights!SW Lights, 1,1,1,1 //shockwave light

    Enjoy D18SVC

    PS: You must have Shockwave Light product installed.

    Great Jagras!
    I'm working now into NEWLL.fx to reduce the over exposed reflections
    on both prop engines that splash white tremendous light especially on chrome surfaces.

    Stay tuned

    D18S Engine reflections

    Hi,
    voilą the engine surface reflection modifications on D18S at my opinion
    too much over esposed. To the left you see the original one .. and to the right after my modifications.

    Enjoy D18S

    PS: If anyone interested i will post the new effect NEWLL.FX in text
    mode done are only about 40 rows.

    Hi all,
    i think the best way is to replace some rows instead to send all file.
    Open with Notepad the file:

    Flight Sim -->Effects -->NEWLL.FX and replace the following lines in
    the Section [ParticleAttributes.0]

    Color Start=250, 250, 250, 250 //The original one
    Color End=250, 250, 250, 250 //The original one

    with this one ......

    Color Start=100, 100, 100, 100 //Netbuster modification
    Color End=120, 120, 120, 120 //Netbuster modification

    REMEMBER TO MAKE A BACKUP of your original NEWLL.FX file!!

    Is my opinion that the original configuration result in a 5,000 watt
    lamps with a 160 degrees beam array. I've only reduced the light
    power done i cannot reduce the beam array.

    Let me know ... Patroni Brothers

    The new configuration, as above, looks better result, in my opinion.
