Reshade for CFS3 question.

I've been using Reshade in several CFS3 installs and for IL-2 1946. Removed reshade from my CFS3-ETO expansion ,but just now re-installed it for the ETO. Notice a large performance drop while in use with this install as compared to the rest of my CFS3 installs. Could it be because of the added WOTR scenery files and reshade combined is just too much for my pc to handle ? Never noticed a performance drop like this from reshade. Thanks for any help. Reshade has a performance tab that lets you see what's going on graphically, and provides the time penalty data for each shader you have activated.
