    So something between a plague disease and a smallpox, no choice is right . Ok Baz, it makes sens for me, it sounds resonable. So maybe I'll do new default view for myself. Where can I edit this default view in virtual cockpit? Can you suggest something?

    I can suggest you read the manual. In particular page 3. You are looking for an eye catching red box which details exactly how to remove both or either figures.

    RTM please! Time and effort was put into it and it answers this very question.

    It was posted before here, but 0 lb removes also pilot from external view, what is worse even.

    Ian, I checked, but "landing" here is external view over the left wing, not from VC view.

    BUT I finally solved it, I created new pilot position and now is much better, I dont eat front panel .

    Go to (for example) to civilian version:

    MSFS\Community\ah-chipmunk\SimObjects\Airplanes\AH-Chipmunk-CIV , open cameras.cfg

    and in the [CAMERADEFINITION.0] so first position change this lines:

    InitialXyz= 0, 0.113001, -0.19139
    InitialPbh= -4.17872, 2.026807, 0.758479

    Save it. You can do the same for MIL version. Now its great!
    (more about how to modify default views https://forums.flightsimulator.com/t...tion/341582/11)

    btw.
    Pls dont do the same in DC-3 with pilot body. Custom cameras are very useful.

    YoYo, I think it's just changing the (internal) view kind of resets the cockpit view. I've had this problem with a few aircraft including one of the "stock" aircraft. Glad you solved your problem.

    Yes, that is a great scheme. I look forward to re-painters getting busy. There are so many neat RAF colours for the Chippy. Interestingly, look at the very front of this example. Looks like a hint of the Red/white/grey scheme in a replacement part.

    Chippy International Meeting (MSFS style)

    Apart from the fact that I still get the single pilot in these shots (using a replay system)... This is a nice set to celebrate Canada Day.

    I never used it, do you talk about addon for MSFS? Good idea for flying in formation as I see.

    Hi Ken,

    It's Jan, remember ?...

    When you click 'Insert Image' you get two options. If you select 'From URL' below the address bar there's an option 'Retrieve remote file and reference locally'.

    By default it is already selected. Just unselect it en your picture will be displayed fully.

    Good to see you here !

    Cheers,
    Jan

    My dear friend... How could I ever forget one of my fellow VIP pioneers, and our meeting in Amsterdam when my wife and I adopted our daughter from Romania. I trust you are well, and I shall now digest your info on the screenshots. - Kenneth

    Thank you for the input regarding the screenshots. And for reference, I use "Flight Control Replay", which I purchased specifically to do formation flying without the need for multiplayer. Here's another example of one of my flights.....

    Thx, ok, so here a reason, why I dont know this option , its a payware addon. I'll thin about it. I was using it in P3D few times I think so.

    Repaint request

    Now that a paint kit exists, may I please put in a request. Would somebody with a lot more knowledge than I, please adapt the SkylarksMil colours, to match WK591. This is the aircraft in which I first flew in 1971. The Skylark aircraft would need the blue flash removed, and some minor adjustment to the orange markings (slight change on the wings, and addition on the tail). Here are some images. Many thanks in advance to the future re-painter!

    In FSX...

    And a real shot after being sold out of the RAF in 1975...
