A Meteor would be a good idea.
I like the Mk lll but I suppose an 8 would be a better choice.
Working in a Dove at the moment.
Little bit concerned about the pending MSFS update!

I'm a little apprehensive of the pending update too, Rob. I will wait a day or so, and see how others fare with it.

A Mk.8 sounds very good indeed!!

I have been fiddling, on and off, for a while with a Mk 3.
I start a lot more than I finish!

I like the MkIII more than any other version. It was used in WWII (just) and it was a top fighter (unlike, for me, the MkVIII which was surpassed by the Sabre).

But you can't have the MkIII in KLU colors, Hans... You need the Mk.8 or F4 for that, right ?.... ;-)

That is correct of course, Jan, and if you want a KLu plane you are limited to the -4 and the -8 (or the -7 trainer). But I don't mind so much not having a KLu skin. But we could settle for the F4 then? It has the 'original' Meteor tail that I like more than the more conventional Mk.8 tail.

Looking seriously at converting my P3Dv5 Mk 8 to MSFS.
The new sim update has not been the disaster I thought it might.

Definitely deserves to be on the flight line in MSFS.
