... the author has decided on releasing it in hopes it will help others on the implementation of modern aircraft systems

Got it and tried it out, damn fine mod in it's early form, looks good and flies nice! Being a freeware and early version, yes it can and likely will see improvements but as it, you'll enjoy it.
