Stuart277: Nice work. We can always use more targets. How is the FLAK from these?

Very much needed Stuart. Nice job.

    Thanks

    Hi All,

    Thanks for the encouragement.

Shadow Wolf, the flak is the same as a US escort Carrier, as are the damage boxes and systems.

The only thing that I know about the DP files, is how to move the smoke effects and wake effects.

    Cheers,

    Stuart

CFS2 GMax RN Battleships & Cruisers

A new entry has been added to Add-Ons Library, category CFS 2 Ships Add-Ons.

Description: Six Gmax Models depicting the Royal Navy Battleships, Warspite, Barham, Queen Elizabeth and Revenge for WWII and Queen Elizabeth and Revenge from WWI.

They use the dp file from the SHA_Penn and as such, could probably do with and update. (I do not really know much about the dp files)

    Cheers,

    Stuart

    Stuart,

I can't thank you enough for this...I could really use this for the Balkans project. Fingers crossed that those .dp mods come sooner, rather than later.

    Thanks again! :salute: :salute:

    Many thanks, Stuart!

You just filled a very important gap in CFS2 WWII naval fleets. Queen Elizabeth battleship reminds me of a famous Med episode:

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Raid_on...ria_%281941%29

where Italians showed how much they had to improvise to keep up with their German allies. A bravery act which influenced very little the course of WWII.

One of the few WWII Italian manned torpedoes which survived the war, called by Royal Italian Navy maiale (hog), it's on display in La Spezia Naval museum, with mannequins dressed in very rudimental original wetsuits riding it.

    Cheers!

    Thanks Beepee!

You might see some of your work, renamed, in the upcoming Meridian and Iceberg missions.......

And, the ships will remain as you made them with full credit to you, only the name on the water will actually change.
