This is precisely why I'm going to continue to develop for P3D rather than go with MSFS right now. The fundamental core of the sim is changing too often, whereas P3D and FSX are known beasts that do not change regularly - which could be argued is to their detriment, MSFS seems to change every update - and not just visual things.

I keep being asked about whether my current project will be brought into MSFS, and currently the answer is no.

I think a lot of the criticism is unfair on the developers when it's MSFS that is undergoing fundamental changes to things sim pilots cannot easily see, like the nitty gritty of flight characteristics.

At some point I hope the flight model and everything else required for aircraft development reaches a stage where changes are very minor and MSFS becomes less turbulent.

I believe that MSFS as a product is great, and will one day be "as real it gets", but for now, for me, it's just eye candy that takes up lots of drive space.
