    Thorp Update 2/22

I have gone back and re-worked a paint job that I had done a long time ago. Now the lines are better 'cause I have learned much about PaintShop Pro since creating the original artwork!

The other big thing has been the addition of sound effects. When you operate a switch it really clicks, and I also created an effect that I have never heard before, but it is very common in the real world. I am amazed that nobody has done it before...it is getting tested tonight by one of my minions :d

I'm surprised no one else has offered up a guess as to what your new sound effect is, Robert

is it airframe, powerplant, or comm related?

    I KNOW!!

The anti collision/beacon light's rotation or flashing bleeding into the intercom? They all sound a little different, but in nearly every GA aircraft I've been in it's there. I tried to think of a noise activated by a switch that noone's done. I always enjoy setting off for a night IFR flight and check all the lights while listening to the noises they make.

To those who don't know: Most of the time, you can only hear it when the engine's off, but in some aircraft you can hear it when you're in cruise flight. You get used to it after a while. I love listening to other people call center while theirs bleeds through too.

Nope...It's only heard at one point in the flight :d

Would it be the sound of the seatbelt ripping due to the overweight pilot while inverted? :gossip:

Oh wait, there isn’t a pilot yet. J

It’s hard for me to explain just how smooth everything is with this machine. All I can say is that it is, VERY, top quality smooth.:faint:<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-comfficeffice" /><o></o>

    bwahahaha!!!

There comes a point where it ain't just a repaint anymore!!!

You already made an islander, why can't you make one that has four engines, an AWACS antenna, floats, a refueling probe plus bombs and missiles? It can't be that bad to add, right?
