Hey Phantom - After I started my flight I started thinking I really didn't know if your flight was actually invalid or not. It has a yellow border and says "possible violation", which is slightly ambiguous. Feel free to continue from where you left off rather than where I landed, lol.

Here's a kodak of my final into NAS Fallon. Yep, steep approaches on race day. I love this F7F. Thanks (again) Milton and the entire F7F team. What a beauty!

Just in case the yellow duenna didn't pass muster, have baton from KNFL to NV62 in the RR DH Hornet. FSXWX real wx engine.

    FSX locked up. Flight aborted.

I figured out that the thing that upset the Duenna for my flight were the two realism settings that were down at 0.96. That was acceptable to the last version, but not the latest. I just fixed it, all sliders full right now. I don't think, very often I don't think anyway, that the "violation" it reported was really a true "violation", but heck, I'll accept it if y'all say, and pick up where you left off, Mr. PRB, or whoever makes these decisions.
I honestly thought this was an individual effort, but if we're going as a Team effort, and picking up where the last left off, that's fine with me. Either way

Have fun, all, I sure am!

So far so good. New Duenna working fine. Sea Fury purring nicely, with a slight tailwind.

Probably a dumb question, but how are you going to stick a Sea Fury landing on a helicopter pad?
UT11, on Skyvector, anyway, is the Intermountain Med Center helicopter pad. 42X42 feet. Kind of a short runway, isn't it?

I guess someone closed the runway then. It's definitely there in FSX

Ok, I found it in FSX. I apologize.
Apparently SkyVector, while nice, isn't perfectly matched to FSX. No big
Ok, I have the baton at UT11, heading for KPIR. Flying the ABC F8F upgraded by Milton Shupe and Ed Wells. FSRealWX Lite

    Wow! Low clouds, COLD day...
Nice steep Race recovery. That F-8F just doesn't like to slow down!
Too bad a barrel roll or three isn't allowed. THAT would slow me down good

    Have fun all!

I guess so. I was lucky - I could remember what my old Duenna password was when I upgraded it.

Thank goodness my lovely wife keeps track of all that stuff for me. Logins, passwords, she has it all written down in her little green book. I gave it to her after I got my discharge. It was my NCO record, now, it's all hers

    Pat,
What Realism Settings were not set 'correctly'?
    Just for future reference.
The Duenna 3.0 captures/throws a lot more data that we haven't recorded before.

Who sez they aint? I did a loop over the runway to save the same issue with a Bearcat in a practice 3-4 yrs ago. Gear down as I came over the top, pull, flare, land.
