I understand yes, that wing indeed has a european look to it, the rest of the plane maybe a bit as well... But American it is! But there was something european about it: the powerplant!

Moses, indeed American! Likely a fairly well known designer (well, he and his brother) played a role in this one, although none of his design became a big commercial succes. As i said, I am not 100%...
