I am pretty sure you need SODE installed and registered for Heron's Nest to work. I have the other items which you mention installed, and it is definitely ok with them.

Thank you both. I reinstalled as admin, and SODE didn't want to register, so I deleted and reinstalled that for good measure, and now everything is fine and I can go Nesting again.

I have been moving to P3d v4 and have installed iBY_Herons_Nest_v2_P3D4 but there's a bad elevation issue. Has anyone else found this?

I was going to ask the same thing. So deleting the commercial jets will get rid of Orbit, World Travel and so on without removing anything vital, but leave the GA AI active in the original P3D...

I agree. For once I found it better to bang in the throttle at once rather than delicately feed in the power.
