Next time you Install/Reinstall MSFS , do it to an own Partition or Disk just for MSFS , it should help against what you experience i think .

( you can do it now , using the MSFS own MOVE...

Easiest way is just to swap the Pictures in Livery ( if they have the same names ) , or fiddle with their numbers .... should work .
