I am running win 10 as i said my joystick works for cfs 2 on the same game box running win 10

just got this nunning on my win 10 box. Since it has been years since i played this one i am not sure what version i have How can i find the version i am running are there available patch...

I just installed CFS 1 my joystick will not operate the same stick works for CFS 2 on the same box running the same platform can anyone help here??
