It's done using the showcase camera, and within the showcase camera options menu under "Drone Focus Mode" you need to set it to either Auto or Manual (if you want to adjust it yourself).

Guess it's time for me to start saving for a new 'puter!
Thank you for the suggestion, DVJ, I will try that!
Here are some last shots for the day of the Cirrus posing among the clouds.

This sim is going to be a bush flyer's dream. This is Manari Strip, in Papua NG. I had the Orbx version of this in P3D, but this seems much more realistic, even if the structures are autogen. There is a clump of trees at the touch down point, but a report was sent.

It's in the Premium Deluxe version (one of the key reasons why I acquired that version of the sim). It is one of three planes in the sim that are fantastic for back-country flying - the Cub Crafters XCub, the Zlin Savage Cub, and the Zlin Shock Ultra.
Thx for reply. Bush flying is what I like it.

I used the program mentioned in this thread over at the MSFS forums (may need to be logged in there to see) :

John I have many hours in the katana IRL. Such a fun plane to fly. 11:1 glide ratio. I once did a simulated engine out at 4k feet and 3nm from the airport and was able to float down the runway for over 2k feet before touch down just to prove how much I could keep it aloft!
Beautiful shots everyone. Sim looks a lot better in 2k or 4k.... all my 1080P shots look dated haha.
