Jagdgeschwader 11 in der Reichsverteidigung 1943 bis 1945
Part 2 of 2 parts. Both parts are required.
A historical campaign by Kurt “Captain Kurt” Schwabauer
This is a comprehensive campaign which will provide an immersive environment taking you into the experience of a Luftwaffe fighter pilot during the last 2 ½ years of the war. My objective was to recreate a Luftwaffe Jagdgruppe’s mid to late war experience as close to the historical record as possible. I chose JG11 and focused on one Gruppe, I/JG11 because it was formed in 1943 and had the gamut of missions from intercepting the massive USAAF daytime bomber formations, opposing the Allies’ invasion of France performing ground attacks and finally being transferred to the Eastern Front to oppose the Soviets.
The package includes:
A historical 75 mission campaign.
14 new Luftwaffe airbases used by I/JG11 as they were moved around across France and Germany.

Papua New Guinea campaign - Part II.zip
|
* Note: This package was updated on 16 October, 2015 to correct mission number four, which had incorrect manual editing.
* This package was updated again on 25 October, 2015 to correct empty ship folders that prevent them from working.
Welcome to the Papua New Guinea campaign package! This campaign is almost an American Army Air Corps extension of “Defense of Australia,” in that it picks up just before the departure of the RAAF. In this campaign you will be continuing to defend Port Moresby, but you will also be going on the offensive, attacking bridges, landing forces, convoys, as well as escorting bombers and transports. You will also get to fly from Milne Bay during the period of the Japanese invasion there. However, you might very well be sick of the P-39 by the time you’re done with the campaign!
This is Part II of the Papua New Guinea campaign package. In this package, you will find the GSL scenery objects, anti-aircraft guns, buildings, scenery packages, game sounds, nationality screens, voice packs, and all other equipment required, together with the campaigns and missions themselves. Those whose work has been used for this project include Rhumbaflappy, MaskRider, Pen32Win, Ettico, Ajax, Lawdog2360, Blackbird686, Serge Tremblay, Usio, The Virtual Navy, Stiz, Wolfi, Xavierb, the AF Team, and The B24 Guy. Due to this, it is imperative that you gain permission from all parties before uploading this file package to a location other than www.sim-outhouse.com. Please be respectful of the rights of all those whose work is found here.
