This is an extensive model conversion as well as model modification done to the classic Hovercontrol Bell 412 by Jordan Moore. The lack of Huey variants in P3D was apparent, the HC412 had languished untouched since the loss of Hovercontrol to the flightsim community. I decided, it was time to revive this great helicopter many months ago. The model was largely overhauled to be moved over to P3D native. The external modifications done to the 412 essentially transform the base Bell 412s into the the 412EP model. Two other model variations are also represented in this package, but mainly it is the EP models. The package includes 5 different external models. All models are equipped with a 360 gallon (1300+ liter) belly tank, snorkel, and rescue hoist. Other external accessories differentiate the other models from one another. Aside from those external modifications I have also added a working FLIR camera for night operations and/or rescue operations. I have also added a working rescue hoist to the models. With the assistance of George Arana, whom updated the aircraft's AIR file, some of the external animations, and updated the sounds to more realistic versions, the model works very well in P3D v4.5. The pack comes with 11 represented operators of the Bell 412. Alpine Helicopters, Cal Fire (fictional), Carson Helicopters (fictional), City of Los Angeles Fire Dept, Los Angeles County Fire Dept, Orange County Fire Authority, City of San Diego Fire Dept, 2 for Wildcat Helicopters, and 2 for Kestrel Aviation.
There are 2 readme files included, a standard, and one that goes over the aircraft accessories and how to operate them.
I used stock P3D effects and animations, so complicated install is not necessary, just assignments to keys if they aren't already assigned.
The pack does not come with a water drop effect, but I have left a provision in the aircraft.cfg for people to add their own or use the default effects from Lorby's FireFighterX.
Original model by Jordan Moore, modified/converted to P3D by Nicholas Mitchell "Scorch00" and George Arana "Eurostar350." Has been tested in V4.5, but not V5 of P3D.
It is not compatible with any versions below P3Dv4.5.
This aircraft is based off the DreamWings Q400. Made FSX native by Eagle Rotorcraft (George Arana), whom I received permission from to modify the base Q400 into this airtanker configuration. This project wouldn't have been possible without their prior work on the base aircraft. The Q400-AT is capable of carrying 2,600 gallons of fire retardant or water. The Q400-AT is a rising platform in aerial firefighting. First began use in Canada and France, within the last two years has now also been used in Australia and the United States. This aircraft retains most of it's stock characteristics except for the addition of the external tank, adjusted VC position, and a few flight dynamics changes that affect it's flight characteristics of it being a tanker. The package comes with 3 total liveries. 2 from Conair of Canada, T-141 represents overseas contract with Queensland Fire and Emergency Services of Australia and T-540 represents the Alaska Division of Forestry in the United States. T-540 does not hold any official markings for this contract and therefore is identical to it's Canadian operation appearance. The last livery represented is for T-76 of Securite Civile in France.
This addon is or P3Dv4+ only. This package includes the entire aircraft.

FSX/P3D DC-10 Very Large Air Tanker Package_with_hotfix.zip

Hotfix by Nicholas Mitchell "Scorch00."
I am very proud to present the very first true, flyable DC-10 VLAT (Very Large Air Tanker) to the sim world. This aircraft was based upon the SGA / Thomas Ruth and Eric Cantu version. Made FSX native by George Arana (which this version is based on). Then modified again by myself and George Arana to create the VLAT version. This package comes with 2 models and 6 liveries. The first model converted into a VLAT was a DC-10-10 model and became T-910, in 2007-08 it was exclusively contracted by Cal Fire. Which a single livery represents on that model. The second model is the DC-10-30, which the fleet of 10 Tanker Air Carrier now consists entirely of. T-910, 911, 912, and 914 are represented on this model in US operations. The 6th livery is of T-910 in NSW RFS contract livery in Australia for the 2018-19 season. This package has updated views, special retardant effect, and some updated dynamic lighting for the landing and runway turn off lights. Original aircraft design credit belongs to Thomas Ruth and Eric Cantu. VLAT conversion credit goes to Nicholas Mitchell "Scorch00" and George Arana "euroastar350."
Created in P3Dv4.5, but should work in FSX and P3D v5. But is untested in either.
This will likely be one pack of many as the UH-60/S-70 grows in popularity in the aerial firefighting industry and as the aging UH-1 platforms continue to be phased out and retired. This package includes 4 real world operators of the UH-60/S-70 for aerial firefighting and support missions. California Army National Guard, Coulson-Unical, Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E), and PJ Helicopters. All liveries are from late-2020.
Tested in P3Dv4.5 but will likely work wherever the helo does.
FSX, P3Dv4, or P3Dv5.
Payware Cera Sim UH-60L is required.
Package does NOT come with firefighting bambi bucket, just the liveries.
