Looking for the PMDG MD11X

Hi guys,

because of business travel I had no time for playing fsx the last months. I had the MD11 for fs9 about 7 years ago and really loved it!
Sadly I noticed PMDG took this bird out of the marked. Another thing is I have windows10 and it is not guaranteed the MD11 works well on the system.

So my question is: Is anybody here who has the MD11x as the download version and is it allowed to share it with one special person if this person shares back a fsx addon with the same value of money? Kind of exchange.
One reason of being ok could be the plane is not officially on the market anymore, so it is not a big problem? Next problem for me as I said I use W10 and if the plane does not work, I have it and cannot use it :/
It is a serious question but I think this is not allowed?! Or would it be allowed if someone sells his PMDG MD11x download version for an adequate price?

I hope nobody gets upset here!! It is just a question of mine and I am not perfectly familiar with this kind of law!

BTW: You can gladly write me a PN if you want! If I knew a shop where I can order the MD11X and test if it works it would be great. But of course you cannot send an open DVD Rom back with software on it!

I don´t think this is legal, but above that, it would not work because the DRM would not allow it. Well, i found it in Aerosoft webshop too:

Obs: pmdg md11 works perfectly in FSX-SE under win10

For me the risk is too high, that it does not work on my system. About 60€ for a 50/50 chance is not worth the money. If I could send it back and get a refund, no problems.
