Would love to be able to use this skin, but <donationware.net> no longer exists as a website. Is there an updated place to find this most rare of Sim-Birds, an F4U-4?

Click on Warbirds Library button here, & scroll down to the bottom. You'll see a whole section labelled "Donationware aircraft". The Corsair Anthology is in that section.
