I appreciate this is probably the wrong place to put this, but recently there have been a few films on YouTube that merit special interest, and if the Moderators decide to move it, so be it. A very sad day.

A very sad day indeed Ian. Saw it at Throckmorton earlier in the year; an awesome spectacle and will regret never being able to see it again.

She's been a highlight of British airshows in recent years, much loved by we aircraft nuts. I'm glad my children got to see and hear her, it's not something you easily forget.

I've found another interesting little snippet of XH558 film as consolation for loosing the spectacular aircraft from our skies. It's difficult to remember this is a bomber, not a fighter!

It would seem that the so-called 'barrel roll' is or may be under investigation by the CAA. Is that actually a barrel roll or perhaps an over exuberant half rollout we've all come to enjoy?? Whatever.. what can the CAA do about it now.. ground her?:biggrin-new:
