Radio chatter not working with ETO 1.50

Hi all,

I'm trying to get the radio chatter mod to work with ETO 1.50.

I have the sounds.xml and effects.xml and all sound files in their appropriate location.

But, for some reason, when I use the AI aircraft equipped with rail chatter, I don't get the radio chatter effect.

Anyone have any suggestions?
