Sysprep Error windows 10

this morning when i was updating a friends computer win 7 pro to win 10 I got thei error
Sysprep Error 0xc19000101 - 0x30018 cannot complete this upgrade.

there is a lot of reading about this and many ideals,

I said bull :dizzy: and just unplugged the wireless wifi adapter and wala all went fine the second install
