I get nothing but a black screen even after 15 minutes. Tried in IE11, Chrome and Firefox.

Maybe..."You can follow NASA's stream directly here: http://www.ustream.tv/channel/iss-hdev-payload. If the screen is black, don't worry — the space station is likely just on Earth's night side. (The station completes one orbit every 90 minutes, so you won't have to wait too long for our gorgeous planet to roll into view once again.)"
Cool find !!

I've been using this one: http://www.n2yo.com/space-station/ It also shows a map where the ISS is at the current time. If you want you can also sign up for info when the ISS will be potentially viewable from your location. As A side note, It's interesting how UFO sightings seem to increase dramatically when world tensions also increase. There have been many claims of UFOs captured on the ISS video feed along with claims that those blacked out portions are NASA trying to hide the evidence. UFOs or not, when I can I try to be watching for the sun rising and setting. Sometimes when the clouds are just right there can be some beautiful colors and textures to see. If you are running AdBlock, Ghostery or some other filter, that may be causing black video boxes. Try pausing them and refresh the site.
