Any theories on what is holding up release of this promising looking Dassault 7x? It has looked "ready" for months now, all priced up and screenies look very finished. Guess it could be any number of things. Hope it doesn't end up like the FSDS Jetstar which looked great in promos but was never finished. We need a high end LONG RANGE bus jet for FSX!

It's in early Beta testing so may take some more time before release!

No, we don'tblahblah

Anyways, there's a freeware Global Express (courtesy of R. Schwerdtfeger and Bill Leaming) available. I think that should do for the long range bizjet fliers.

That one is five years' old - but thanks for the steer. The more recent IRIS "Easter Egg" GEX is a very good external model but the best available VC is from the default CRJ which is ok but not too immersive or detailed, compared, e.g., with the default 737 vc which is pretty good. Also, old but holding up well is the Yannick Lavigne Falcon 50, but that one and the Cessna X are not ultra long range, intercontinental capable.

Let's not forget about the nice CitationX from Alrot. That one has a really nice VC with interesting features :)

Very nice bit of freeware, yes. I am looking for something with 6,000 m + range and a smaller alternative to the BBJ. The 7x, for example, can get in and out of London City Airport and other runways the Boeing cannot.

You can merge the IRIS model with Richie's VC as both are FSX native.

Dassault is heavily involved in this project. They lead the beta process and have been responsible for setting specifications and systems changes as the real design has evolved. The project moves at Dassault speed and there is nothing that can be done to speed that up.:engel016:

Hey All,

I really would like a Falcon 900 like this...

https://scstylecaster.files.wordpress.com/2012/12/taylor_privatejet.png

Note the registration 89 is the year TS was born 8 is a number of number 1 hits and guess what TS stands for. :mixed-smiley-010:

TS also has a Falcon 50 in reserve. 25 years old worth over 200 million she certainly needs two jets.

Wilco be sure you do a TS livery... Maybe call TS and see if she can move the process along... :mixed-smiley-010:
