I will not repeat all post, just please check this topic from HiFi Forum with some of my experiments:

What do You think? Did You notice the same problem on the surface with Active Sky Next P3D version and P3D?

In FSX no any problems like here with P3D.

Would you mind explaining the entries in the P3D.cfg where minimum and maximum visibility are at? I'm having problems with the views from the tower view as well...

Btw.

Looks I have right. After creating a ticket for this I recived finally the answer

"We expect an SP2 release soon which should include the fix for this".
